No use of PREMIS in the Archives cluster?

Karen, Emmanuelle, all,

I was noting that the quite long list of relevant vocabularies
and technologies for the Archives cluster [1] includes some
XML-based standards such as METS, but I'm a bit surprised to
see no mention of PREMIS, especially since one of the extracted
use cases [2] deals with:

Data management improvement: Build network of institutions
using similar metadata to describe preservation actions...

I know Ed was involved in an effort to express the PREMIS vocabulary
in RDF [3] but I do not know the status of that effort or its
reception in the PREMIS community. There is at any rate no mention
of RDF on the Wikipedia page for PREMIS [4].

Can anyone shed light on this?
