Re: comments from a readthrough of the whole report

1) Exposure of controlled vocabularies is fairly advanced, while  
presentation of bibliographic data is just beginning.

2) replace "difficulties" with "challenges"? Or maybe emphasize  
challenges for those on the cutting edge.
