Re: Proposal for restructuring the final deliverables

Hi,

It's getting complex indeed :-) We should really aim at keeping all this duplicates alive no longer than several days, the time for us to agree on the new structure!

I also like the idea of fitting the "available data" section in the "current situation" one, as drafted in [1]. My only comment now on [2] would be to make the sub-section title shorter, from "Issues with library vocabularies and datasets already available as linked data" to just "Data availability".

The issue is indeed that this does not say where we should put the explanations on the side deliverable and CKAN -- the "intro" as you say [3] (by the way is it indednded that [3] looks really like my original new take on the Available data section [4]?)

Is it really impossible to fit everything into the new sub-section of current situation [5]? I agree that the three categories of data could be merged with the "scope of this report" [6].
But it doesn't say where we should talk about our survey effort and CKAN, which are elements on which we got a couple of positive reactions.
With your proposed setting we would also lose the positive effect of throwing examples of available data at the face of the reader--which can be good after she has read the issues sub-section ;-)

But I'll stop here; I think I've biased the discussion enough these last two days!

Cheers,

Antoine
