Good idea. Also please see "Identifying participants" section of the
Zakim guide http://www.w3.org/2001/12/zakim-irc-bot.html  - you can
connect your phone number to your IRC name or real name when you call
in, or the chair or scribe or another participant can do it if you
don't or can't.
