Stuart Weibel Iıve been in OCLC Research since 1985, and was part of the Dublin Core leadership team for 10 years. Before and after that interval, Iıve worked with identifiers, from the IETF work on URNs that led to OCLCıs introduction of the PURL system, through to recent efforts on the characteristics of persistent, canonical identifiers for curated library assets.
