Stuart Weibel

I¹ve been in OCLC Research since 1985, and was part of the Dublin Core
leadership team for 10 years.
Before and after that interval, I¹ve worked with identifiers, from the IETF
work on URNs that led to OCLC¹s introduction of the PURL system, through to
recent efforts on the characteristics of persistent, canonical identifiers
for curated library assets.  I am currently part of a group of people at
OCLC exploring the deployment of linked data.
