Attached is a simple example for the multimodal use case 3.3.14. In the example the user
is presented with a series of buttons showing names. They can say e.g.
"call this person" or "email this person" and click one of the names. 
The GUI action is sent to the service using sendInfo.  I have provided
the code using the javascript API, the SRGS fragment, and a sample
EMMA that could come back for the user saying "call this person" and 
clicking on "Joe Bloggs".
