Implementation of ISO 6709 in XML with C#

Dear sirs,
Please have a look to my article: "Coordinate and CoordinateList classes - 
ISO 6709 compliant" ( http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/Coordinate.asp ) 
about ISO-6709 implementation with XML storage support.
Also have a look to the comments posted at the end of the article regarding 
subyacent type (float or integer?).
Any comments will be much appreciated.
