Yes, I have seen this, but how does this relate to the RDF namespace

	http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/wgs84_pos#

What I was looking for is a schema like the above which people can 
owl:import and then get well-defined RDF properties.  I don't see such a 
schema for georss, and my understanding of this discussion list is that 
it tries to improve the geo: namespace.
