Dear all, the updated Framework Report (28 Apr 09) is now available  
from:

The main changes are:
  1 - Updated Section 4.1 Who What Where (W3) Coordination
  2 - New Section 4.3 Other Use Cases
  3 - New Section 5.2 Shared Vocabularies
  4 - New Section 5.3 Addressing the Interoperability Gap

(NOTE: This a PDF version as having problems with uploading HTML to  
W3C Server)

We will discuss this (and the Final Report) at the Teleconference on  
Thursday.
