Re: Structure of Final Report

thanks for initiating this, and  giving us the chance to review the
document, as well as the propose headings

before fleshing out, maybe the proposed structure can be streamlined and
rationalised a bit
I will be in a better position to make a critical review of a draft, after
reading the first version of the document
at your convenience
