Framework Concepts

Dear all, the Framework concepts gathered at the F2F meeting have been  
documented and is available from:

This is a "raw dump" from the meeting - we still need to do some more  
analysis of these concepts into relevant groupings and elicit all  
cross-relationships - volunteers are called for this task!
