Topics of discussion will include a review of key ontology design patterns, an overview of Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Standards as background on the application domain of emergency management, and a look at how the flexibility of SPARQL filtering and ordering can support a decision representation by applying a set of criteria to a set of options.
