We are adding @mediatype to <label/> because of label's similarity to  
<output/>.

This means that the only attribute that label doesn't have now from  
output's collection is @value.

We have <label ref="..."/> but not <label value="..."/>

Seems like an omission. I will put it on the agenda for tomorrow.
