LGTM except we should say what happens if both `nonrelevant` and `relevant`
are both present. Also it might be a good idea to express `relevant` in
terms of `nonrelevant` for clarity. Suggestion:

    relevant [deprecated in favor of attribute nonrelevant]

      Author-optional boolean indicating whether only relevant data is
serialized. This attribute has no effect if `nonrelevant` is specified. If
`nonrelevant` is not specified, `relevant="true"` is equivalent to
`nonrelevant="keep"`, and `relevant="false"` is equivalent to
`nonrelevant="remove"`.
