All,

I had as a follow-up action to clean this up and add a separate entry for
both functions. That's done now:

I also:

- added a note to clarify that seconds-from-dateTime() is there for
backwards compatibility only.
- decided that we should expose the function under the new name in all
cases, not only in XPath 2.0 mode (to discuss)
