Upcoming XDMDL meetings - cancelled on Friday

Good morning all,

Andew Downes has kindly agreed to talk to us on Friday week about TinCan "recipes". These have been designed to fill a similar requirement to XDMDL, except that they are human-readable, not machine readable and only address the data model layer.

I am talking to Simon Grant and Valerie Smothers about presentations on their respective approaches to competency definitions. I will also try and get someone from Mozilla Open Badges, after which we might also like to investigate what Stephen Downes is doing.

So we have a good programme in the making. If anyone else would like to suggest a use-case presentation, do give me a shout. However, I suggest that we take a break this Friday, as I am not sure that I am going to be able to line up anything of particular interest. Unless anyone thinks that it would be useful to continue our general discussion.
