I'm confused.  (Or maybe you are. ;)

Your action was about adding to this wiki page:

  http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/TestCases

... and about enumerating the different sets of parameterst that
would exercise different outcomes in 6.1.2, so we could dive into
constructing test cases for these cases.

It seems like you did something quite possibly useful, but somewhat
different.  I'll put this on the agenda for tomorrow; if you can get
your original action done, then that's fine.
