At the face-to-face, we had a lengthy discussion about section 5.5.1 (now 5.4.1), specifically ISSUE-169. Minutes at [1]; text from the face-to-face at [2]. I've merged that text into the current editor's draft, with a slight editorial change: The discussion of what a newly pinned certificate can mean is gone from the enumerated list. Instead, there is now a link to the respective security considerations section (as suggested at the meeting by Yngve).
