Making this issue "good" in our good issues guideline sense. 

Change:
"Some trust anchors adhere to broadly accepted industry standards (e.g. 
[EVTLSCERT]) "
to:
"Some trust anchors adhere to broadly accepted standards from industry or 
other organizations (e.g. [EVTLSCERT]) "

everything else in it was taken care of.
