Hello,

the rec track document's editor's draft should be ready for
publication, modulo purely mechanics:

  http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/drafts/rec/rewrite.html
 
I've added links to issues and wiki entries that are relevant to
various sections; I believe that both the Status of This Document
and Overview sections give a reasonably clear picture of where we
are with the document.

Tyler has given his ok to the Safe Web Form Editor section already.

Therefore, Mez, your review is the missing piece before we can
request publication.  Of course, others' review is most welcome as
well.

The publication date in the document is purely a strawman at this
point.
