Aside from the fact that it took me forever to figure out how to get the
comments to show up in OpenOffice, I'm finding the inline comments very hard
to find and easy to miss over. Perhaps in the future, people submitting a
marked-up document with comments inline could also insert a table at the top
that lists sections of the document they have commented on, so that the
comments are easier to find / not going to be overlooked?

With that said, I like a number of the comments I've found from Dan so far,
but I need more time to go through them all.
