In closing ACTION-105, I suggested creating a new section 9.2.6:

With no objections or further discussion, I suggest we add the section with the
text as suggested, and move the current 9.2.6 (Status Bar) to 9.2.7 in the next
draft of the note (assuming we're listing these in top-to-bottom order as
presented in the UI of most browsers).
