Chuck,

You raise a very good point, but I haven't seen much content written so far
that wouldn't apply equally well to non-browser web agents.  With a few
exceptions (e.g., padlock discussion) I've seen little stuff written for
this Note that's truly web browser specific.  Most of it would apply to any
http/html based client such as phone, iTunes program, smart toaster, or what
have you.

So maybe we just need to be careful to say something generic like "agent" or
"client" instead of "browser" whenever possible?
