RE: ACTION-27 - aligning Note with Workshop

On the wiki I have added an item under More document structure I have
added a new item NoteWorkshopRecommendations

 

This contains three links:  RawRecommendations, InScopeandOutofScope and
SummaryofInScope. I have posted the first two. (although I am having a
formatting problem I don't understand). I will take a crack at the third
one today, which should finish my action.
