I have written a note about the protocols capability to change the
security model of a given web server and capabilities that the protocol
must support in order to be viable from an IA perspective.

Hal, I think I haven't seen your review, yet.

Tyler, Bill, I believe you haven't submitted your comments to
public-appformats.  I wonder if it's worth submitting them now, or
waiting for Hal, and submitting some kind of consolidated comment?
