wsc-usecases review

Sorry to have taken so long to announce this, but after catching up  
on (a lot!) of email about it, I'd just like to say that I'm happy  
with the wsc-usecases document as a basis for our work. I think I'm  
already thinking ahead and looking forward to the recommendations  
piece :)
