RE: Agenda, 12 Dec, WSC Call

I expect to be on the call, I still may be on telephone only though. I
have been away from the office and I have not been able to work on an
alternative connection to the W3C IRC chat. 
 
I expect to be in on Monday and I will attempt a few new things.
