test suite almost complete

Hi all,
I just finished the WSDL 1.1 test suite [1] files; the only test case
missing are the files for the RDF mapping. 

I also added links to ZIP files with all the WSDL test cases (grouped by
WSDL version) for ease of download.

If you have parsers, please try reading these files; and if you uncover
any bugs in the test files, let me know. 8-)
