 - Discussion about moving WSDL safety to SAWSDL seems to be 
   going nowhere fast

 - After we get to Proposed Rec, we can suggest to do further work
 - We'd need to formulate new charter, to be approved by the AC

   - One WSDL 1.1 parser (with attrExtensions support)

   - Specs using SAWSDL (at least 1 expected from DERI by end of Feb)

7. CR Issues 6 and 7: propagation of annotations
 - CR Issue 7 [2] - do we want to propagate modelReference from type to
   elements and attributes of that type?
 - Is our interface extension model reference propagation broken? [3] 
   - Counterexample - safe interface (only safe operations), when extended,
     need not stay safe
   - A similar question can be raised about type->element propagation
 - CR Issue 6 [1] - should the model reference and schema mapping propagation
   in our spec be reflected in the WSDL/XML Schema component models?
