This document provides some recent thoughts on dealing with message 
level heterogeneities and mappings
that may be of interest to this group. This capability is also prototyped.
Perhaps a discussion on how semantic annotations make it easier (discuss 
how) to deal with
heterogeneity/support interoperability  would be valuable when we 
provide use cases.
