Just noticed this and thought "I'd better send email before I forget 
about this". WS-Eventing WSDL, portType for 'WrappedSingPortType', 
'NotifyEvent' operation, the wsdl:input element has a @name attribute. I 
don't think this actually hurts anything, but none of the other 
wsdl:input elements have this.
