Proposal to confirm last call status of the following issues

Several issues have been previously classified as last call issues.
While the working group can certainly change its mind, I propose that the following issues be deferred until last call in addition to issue 8284 which last call status has been established during this face to face:

in addition, if the following cannot be resolved early in the meeting today:
