Proposed Exit Criteria for WS-RA Specifications discussed on 2009-09-30

Proposed Exit Criteria for WS-RA specifications:
1) all mandatory features implemented by all implementations
2) Each optional feature must be represented in at least two  
interoperable implementations
3) Any implementation used to test an optional feature must implement  
all mandatory features
4) Two interoperable implementations means two different code bases  
from two different companies
5) All implmentation used for testing must be conformant to the  
specification as defined by the spec

Concerns heard during the meeting on:
-the necessity of the two different codebases being from two different  
companies
-the potential need for combinatorial testing of optional features
