says to add:
   Extension elements and attributes MUST NOT use the Web Services XXX namespace name.

However, I don't think "namespace name" is quite right.  I think "namespace URI" is more accurate.  I'm make this _huge_ executive decision ;-)  and if people disagree ( more specifically Geoff) I can revert it.
