Comments received on the "Status of this document" Section in our candidate FPWDs

Ralph Swick has provided comment on our "Status of this Document"
Section
In that comment, he made the point that the purpose of the document is
not well described

he says (in part)
"The SoTD says "This version is strictly based on the original
Member Submission." Are there no changes at all? For what
purpose is the Group publishing this document? I presume
you have a purpose for publishing at this time and I urge you
to state those purpose(s) in the SoTD so that the community
may know what specifically it should be looking for in this
version of this document.

"None of the issues raised on the original Member Submission
  were incorporated in this document.."
"

and further "The SoTD only solicits reports of "errors". I also urge
you to
change that to a broader solicitation for comments. "

Would anyone in the WG object if we changed in each of the five drafts
(representative sample from WS-Enumeration):

This is the First Public Working Draft of "Web Services Enumeration

public comment.

This version is strictly based on the original Member Submission. None

access for review as enjoyed by the working group.

It has been produced by the <a>Web Services Resource Access Working

open and resolved issues as relates to this and the related
specifications produced by this working group.

Since we are eager to get this wrapped up, please be prepared to
discus this and decide on our call of 2009-03-03
