Actually, we really should spread the work around and people who have 
proposals that they actually want considered should upload them to that 
page.  With so many proposals out there I suspect most are probably 
old/dead and we should focus on just the ones that people are serious 
enough about to take the time to add to the page.

Geoff,

I figured you had a lot on your plate so I've started the Wiki page for 
this AI here: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/ra/wiki/Proposals_for_6692.

I think it is a good idea to use the Wiki as that makes it easier to do 
group editing of the proposal text.
