Resolved on 2009-08-25 with:
1. Append to Section '[Body]/wse:Subscribe/wse:Filter/@Dialect
*** New dialect definitions MUST include sufficient information for proper
application. For example, it would need to include the context (which data)
over which the filter operates. ***
2. Replace http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xpath-19991116  with
http://www.w3.org/2009/02/ws-evt/Dialects/XPath10
3. and similar for enum
