WS-Policy WG distributed meeting on May 21 is cancelled

Chris and I have decided to cancel the May 21 WS-Policy WG distributed meeting due to lack of business.

The next tentative meeting of the WG is now scheduled for Wed Jun 18 (third Wed of the month).
