WS-Policy WG distributed meeting on Jun 18 is cancelled

Chris and I have decided to cancel the Jun 18 WS-Policy WG distributed meeting due to lack of business.

The next tentative meeting of the WG is now scheduled for Wed July 16 (third Wed of the month).
