WS-Policy WG distributed meeting on Feb 20 is cancelled

Chris and I have decided to cancel the Feb 20 meeting.  The only comment received so far on the WS-Policy documents is at [1] and Chris and I believe we can deal with this comment via email.  We encourage WG members to give their position in response to [2].

The next tentative meeting of the WG is now scheduled for Wed Mar 19 (third Wed of the month).
