Do we need a 3 day meeting in Ottawa?

There seem to be only a few issues left - none heavyweight.
The interop is mainly UDDI in which only a few companies will participate.
So, perhaps, we can shorten the meeting to 2 days.   Ending the meeting early
last time caused a lot of travel problems for people.
