Pl. remove references to proprietary documents from primer -- Bug 3797

The primer refers to several sources of assertions.  Two of these are
proprietary documents:

# Devices Profile for Web Services [Devices Profile for Web Services]
# A Technical Reference for Windows CardSpace [A Technical Reference for
Windows CardSpace] 

I don't think we shd have references to proprietary documents in a public
specification.  I request that we remove these two references.
