Thanks Chris for updating 8.a. Just wanted to confirm that I can see that assertions described in http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=3789  are most likely to have a property "no wire manifestation", but as I noted earlier this is not what I see to be the main focus of 8.a
