Jeff,

the dates were in the charter. True, the charter was subject to review,
but the dates and the location were there for early announcement, thus
being within the 8 weeks period. Such approach has been done in the
past, so Working Groups don't have to wait 8 weeks before really
starting the work (the most recent case being the RIF WG). I made sure
to have the dates on the Member calendar "pending approval from the
Director for the Working Group". I repeated those dates during the AC
meeting in May as well [1]. I added the dates from the beginning on the
administrative page of the Working Group when we announced its creation.
I believe we allowed proper planning (e.g. travel arrangements) for the
meeting.

PS: Note that you also have in the charter the dates for the September
meeting btw, but we'd confirm the host with the Working Group.
