closed action item 37

Per my action in the minutes [1], which I have opened and closed in  
tracker [2], I have opened an issue[3] in Bugzilla regarding WSDL 2.0.

This issue remains assigned to Felix but should be assigned to the  
"editors" or "chairs" since it is a reminder to address this issue  
later.
