Only Prasad and I can make it.  If Prasad and I chat about any new
issues from the wg, we'll post minutes.

I guess we won't have the July 4th concall because lots of people are on
holiday, so our next call is July 11th.  

We'll resume the usual rotation, so Toufic will chair.
