yep. The same is true for the drafts, e.g.
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.html?rev=1.126&content-type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8&only_with_tag=Editors-Draft-18-June-2007
was sent out by Paul at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy/2007Jun/0065.html
but does not lead to the latest ws-policy-framework.html which contains
the changes made during this weeks meeting.

I re-tagged
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.html?only_with_tag=Editors-Draft-20-June-2007
and
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework-diff20070605.html?only_with_tag=Editors-Draft-20-June-2007

you might want to send these to the Working Group.
