RE: Review: Editors' Drafts

It would be useful if the Editors could provide a short summary of the important changes made to the Last Call drafts that could be used in the Status section to highlight the changes made.

This material should be based on the material needed to complete the TBD in Appendix D "Changes in this Version of the Document".
