Dave Orchard: On the Editor's call today we went through all the sections of
the guidelines document and made sure we had an owner for each section.

Please see the minutes for full details but, the editorial team gave you the
ownership of sections 5.2 and 5.3 in the guidelines document for
restructuring, as the are related to versioning. If you have an issue with
it, please let the editors know.
