Consistency in spelling "Web services"

As I've been reviewing the documents for editorial red flags, I've noticed that we're spelling "Web services" in different ways, e.g. "Web Services", "web services", "Web services". I propose that we agree on one spelling ("Web services"?) and make sure it's consistent throughout the documents. Does this need to go to the WG or can we just take care of it here? BTW, I've been fixing small typos as I notice them in the docs without raising issues. I hope I won't go to W3C jail for that ...
